Shipping Cost
Products that are flat (zines, prints, stickers) will ship via a mailed letter and cost $1.50 within the USA and $2.50 elsewhere. They do not include tracking.
Bulky or big items such as charms, calendars, and pins will ship with tracked shipping and costs $5 within the USA, $10.50 for Canada, and $13.50 elsewhere. Customers are responsible for VAT payments if they are applicable.
If your package is VERY HEAVY (ie. weighs 5 lbs) I may reach out to you in order to cover the extra cost of shipping.
When packages are shipped, customers will get an email with their tracking number. USA customers can track their orders with the USPS. International customers can track their orders with Pirateship.com.
Shipping Time
I try to ship out orders at least once a week, so there may be a few days delay between when you order and when I can ship your order. Estimated time within the mainland USA is 3-7 days. Outside of the USA may take 1-4 weeks.
Refunds
If the product arrives damaged, I can give you a refund or resend the item. You can take a photo and email it to me at [email protected] along with your order number, and I can send you a new one. If I have made errors with your package (ie. missing items) please also email me and I will do my best to refund or send the items if they are still in stock.
I am not responsible for packages lost/stolen in the mail.
